How do you ship?
We offer untracked and tracked shipping options. Upgrading to tracked shipping for peace of mind or faster delivery is recommeded. We offer free shipping on Canada orders over $65 and over $75 for US orders (after discounts). Shipping method is determined in the following:
Canada: all orders that weighs less than 400g goes by untracked lettermail* and everything over 400g (orders over $100) goes by tracked parcel (Canada Post or Chit Chats).
US: orders that weight less than 100g goes by untracked lettermail* (via USPS or Canada Post) and orders over 100g goes by tracked parcel (USPS, UPS or Canada Post).
*untracked lettermail means once the package is in the postal system, we cannot track its whereabouts.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now we don't have enough bandwidth to handle international orders, so we only ship to Canada and the US. One day as the business grows, we'll offer international shipping! Meanwhile, if you know a retailer in your city that would be perfect to carry our products, let us know!
Shipping and fulfillment
We ship from Montreal, QC to all Canadian and US cities with Canada Post, USPS and UPS. Paper and Rice Co. is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How much is your shipping? How long is the delivery?
The shipping cost depends on your order's weight and size, as well as your location and carrier's delivery times. Weather conditions, holiday seasons, and other factors can also affect delivery times. The following estimated shipping costs are in Canadian Dollars:

*The shipping costs are roughly based on Canada Post carrier rates calculator and may not reflect the final cost.
** UNTRACKED Lettermail is mailed by stamps and is not tracked, therefore it is not guaranteed delivery, and if it becomes lost, there is no trace.
What if my order is lost? :(
It can happen but rare. In previous cases, some orders took 4 weeks to arrive during the high season! If you have a weird funny feeling your order is indeed lost and taking longer than expected, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@paperandriceco.com. We will assess the situation and find a solution. If your lost order has a tracking number, please contact us.

You have 14 days from the time your order is processed to return or exchange unused and unopened order. Please check our Return Policy page for more details.
