Do you have an actual store?

We only operate online from our humble home studio, but it would be a dream to have a store one day.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now we don't.  We only ship to Canada and the US.

How quickly do you ship?

It's anywhere between 1 to 4 days. For efficiency, we try to drop-off all the orders together on the same day. However, if you're concerned about your order's arrival, we recommend you to choose the expedited tracked shipping at checkout.

How much do you charge for shipping?

What is your return policy?

We accept undamaged items for returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please check our Return policy page for more information.

Are you designing only Asian themed cards?

The purpose of Paper and Rice Co. is to design cards and prints for all occasions and people, Asians being one of them. Our experiences are more universal than you think, so you'll find cards you can relate to too!

Do you sell the egg tart key chain in the picture?

Sadly, no! It was purchased in Hong Kong. We used it as a prop (the same for other accessories you see in our pictures), but we agree the egg tart is darn cute.

Are you designing only greeting cards?

Expect other paper products and goods in the near future! We're working on it!

Can I ask for a custom card/invites?

Yes! Email us directly at info@paperandriceco.com and we shall discuss!

How does the direct-to-recipient mail work?

We're going back to snail mail. You select the greeting card, the recipient, and we put a stamp on it. We can include a handwritten message or attach a printed message in the card, then we mail it for you! Think of it like sending a bouquet of flowers to someone special.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.
