It’s a fun-etically pun card! What does 花 (faa1) mean? Flower. And 啦 (laa1)? It’s a particle that has no direct translation, and it appears at the end of Cantonese sentences to express the speaker’s mood and attitude; 啦 has three tones and each one changes the meaning of the sentence. Laa1 is the livelier one. Get it? Okay laa1!
